Individual OT Services

• OT unit rate per hour: $193.99 ​

  • Discount currently offered for school readiness screeners only - please contact for more information.

• Return travel (time and kilometres) charged from business location for face to face in person consults in the home and other community location:

  • ​Travel fees billed at the OT unit rate plus $1.00 per kilometre.

  • Discount for travel offered for clients located in Rural Outreach NSW locations - to fulfil mission of equitable OT services in rural communities. 

• Initial OT Assessments are 2-3 hours in duration - due to level of complexity of client's presenting health conditions, type & no of OT needs to be assessed.

• Equipment (i.e. Assistive Technology) prescription > $1500 Services - please contact for quote for hours required for assessment, trial and report writing per equipment - due to level of complexity and reporting requirements for type of equipment and funding scheme.​

• Report writing and other non face-to-face clinical work (e.g. documentation, session resource preparation, resource creation, emails and phone calls relating to client care etc.) outside of face to face sessions are billed at the OT unit rate.

• After-hours sessions (weekdays after 5pm and Saturdays) may incur an additional $25 fee.

• Late-cancellation and non-attendance fees are applicable.

• For Private clients, 50% deposit is required prior to delivery of OT services

• Rebates accepted for people with private health funds if eligible and OT is covered.​​​

Group or Education & Training OT Services

• OT unit rate per hour: $193.99

  • Discount offered on a case by case service at the clinical discretion of Koalified Therapy - please contact for more information.

• Payment is required prior to delivery of group or education & training OT services.
