Individual OT Services

• OT hourly rate = $225 per hour.

• Price for NDIS participants is discounted as required by the NDIS Pricing Schedule click here.

• NDIS Travel is charged as stated by the NDIS Pricing Schedule click here. 

 

• Initial OT Assessment package = up to 3 hours total duration for in person appointment, documentation and development of action plan.

• Non face-to-face work relating to client health condition/s are billed at the OT hourly rate for:​​

  • Session preparation

  • Clinical documentation

  • Assessment & Therapy analysis

  • Resource creation

  • Letters & Reports

  • Emails and phone calls

• If you require Aids & Equipment (Assistive Technology) > $1500 - please contact for estimated quote for hours required for assessment, trial and report writing per equipment.

​​

• After-hours appointments (after 4:30pm) may incur an additional $25 fee.

​​

• Late-cancellation less than 48 hours notice and non-attendance fees apply = 100% of the hourly rate.

 

• For private clients, 50% deposit is required prior to delivery of OT services.

 

• Rebates accepted for people with private health funds if eligible and OT is covered.​​​

Group or Education & Training OT Services

​

• On a case-by-case basis, Koalified Therapy provides free education.

​

• Please contact for quote for custom education package.

​

• 60% deposit is required prior to delivery of group or education & training OT services.
